Качественная, не полностью поддающаяся детальному количественному анализу. В экономике, как и в других социальных науках, решаемые проблемы практически всегда относятся к слабоструктурированным. Поэтому исследование начинается с их качественного анализа, структуризации, т.е. расчленения на такие части, которые можно преобразовать в эквивалентные “хорошо определенные” задачи. Они решаются, а затем производится синтез проблемы на новом, более высоком уровне ее понимания (см. также Сложная система).
